Custom Design

Hedena Digital is all about my personal experiences and thoughts in my life. This blog reflects who I really am and people see my entire personality in this blog. For this reason, I thought that having a new design for Hedena Digital would be a good idea. I’m actually looking for free blog designs that can be downloaded from websites but I just can’t find the one that can best represent me. This is the problem that I was facing in the past week. Where can I get a blog design that goes along well with me and my blog?


Well, this problem has just been sold when Jeff, a friend and a fellow blogger, told me that I should just have a blog design to be customized for me. Stupid me! Why haven’t I thought of that in the first place? Anyway, Jeff recommended UniqueBlogDesigns.com because according to him, they can meet my design needs and expectations. Well, I’m really desperate with this changing of blog design and if UniqueBlogDesigns.com can give me the design that I want then I will definitely go for them. Anyway, I’m pretty sure that they can because I saw some sample works in their website and they all look great.

Gadget Wiki

Gadgets like cellular phones, MP3 players and laptop computers are what really interest me. I would often research about the latest gadgets in the market and read reviews about them. However, reading about them and learning about their features is not enough to satisfy my enthusiasm about gadgets. I’m looking for a place where I can contribute some input like reviews and read other people’s reviews about gadgets as well. Then my friend emailed me about the wikis in WetPaint.com.


Marvin is currently contributing to different technology and gadgets wiki in WetPaint.com. To be honest, I haven’t participated in such open source websites before. I used to think that wikis are no good and that they are hard to put up because I have little knowledge in coding. However, WetPaint.com is different because here you can make your own wiki in a few minutes. Well instead of joining other wikis, I would probably create my own Gadget wiki.

Search Continues

Just a few days ago I shared a story about the interest of my mom in buying a car for family service. Well, it seems that my mom and my aunt Cecilia didn’t agree with some things and now we are back to square one in looking for some Used Cars to purchase. This is actually harder than it sounds because my mother is a bit meticulous when it comes to her assets. We are actively asking for friends and relatives if they are selling their cars or if the know someone that they do.


With some hard work and a little luck, one of our friends did express his interest in selling his car. Stephen has around a used Nissan car that he is planning to replace with a new one this year. We visited Stephen and we personally looked at the car and went for a test drive. Though this model is not one of the latest, you will see that the car is really being taken care of. It runs smoothly and it is probably the most comfortable car that I ever rode. My mom still has no comments about it but I’m guessing she just doesn’t want to rejoice until the car is official ours.

Being a Nurse

Being a nurse is really not that easy because you have to learn a lot of things in nursing schools and you really have to study hard. By the time you graduate and become a full pledged nurse, you now have to be patient with your patients as well as with your work. That is why it bugs me when my friend told me that he is going to take up a nursing degree in http://www.sbtampa.com/. Actually my friend Albert is an auditor at a bank and I know he is very well paid. However, still he wanted to take up nursing and be a nurse that is why he works and studies at the same time. I do not know what is with this course that makes people take it as a profession.


I do know that the demand for nurses abroad is really very high and knowing that they are also highly paid maybe these are their reasons in choosing this profession. But still being a nurse is not that simple you have to be patient and dedicated to be a good one. And before you can work abroad you have to take a dozen of exams before hand. In fairness to the nurses they are really doing a good job in helping to save peoples’ lives and maybe within them they have other reasons in taking this course.

Family Service

Our family is scattered in many different places and because of this, we do travel a lot throughout the year. My mom wants to visit her brothers and sisters whenever she has time and I would often accompany her. Since we do not have our own car, we usually use the public transport in traveling. My Aunt Cecilia gave us a call recently and she asked us if we would like to buy her chevy trailblazer. She is planning to buy a new car this year and it will not be practical for them to have to cars.


With my mom’s voice tone when she was telling us about their conversation, I can immediately tell that she is interested in buying the car. Well, I hope we can get a huge discount since Aunt Cecilia and mom are sisters. My aunt takes care of her things very well so we are confident that we are going to buy a pre-owned car that is in perfect condition. The negotiation about the car will probably end in a week. After that, we are going to have our own family ride and will never have to use the public transport for traveling again.

High School Friends

The holiday season is probably the only time that most people get to take some time off their work and do the things that they want. This is why my high school friends decided to hold a small reunion last December 30. Aldy, who I last was studying in Lehigh Valley College and taking part in managing http://www.lehighvalley.edu/ used to be our class president and so he was the one who organized this gathering. We initiated the contacting of all possible people and expressed his idea.


Contacting people who you haven’t seen for more than 4 years is a tough task but it seems that Aldy had no problems with it. He managed to invite and have most of my former classmates come to the organized reunion. There were probably only three people who weren’t able to attend because they were out of the country. Nevertheless, the small gathering was a success and we got to mingle with each other again. It’s definitely great to see your old friends and have a little chat with them.

Room Makeover

Chaos is the best word that can describe my room and it sure needs a makeover. I don’t actually need enroll in http://www.interiordesign.edu/ for an interior design course to fix my things but I guess this is just me. Whenever I go home from work, I just throw my used clothes under my bed and collect them for washing during weekends. My table isn’t anywhere near to being organized and I often end up looking for my things and documents for hours.


Fixing my room’s design and overall arrangement and as well as keeping it clean and organized at all time is one of my New Year’s resolutions. This is harder than it sounds for me as I am an extremely busy person. I don’t think this change can be done overnight but instead; it will take a lot of my time and effort. I’m not growing any younger and this is one of the things that I need to change. I just hope I’ll reach this little goal of mine.
