Different Supplements and Their Effects

Sports Supplements also called ergogenic aids are products that help enhance athletic performance. They come in different forms, including vitamins (varying from what type your doctor suggest), synthetic drugs (usually manmade), and hormones, most of each are over the counter drugs (means that you don’t need prescription to buy such). There are different types of Sports Supplements that give different effects. One of the most common kinds is anabolic steroids, this type of sport supplement helps build muscle tissue and increase body mass and is similar to testosterone (hormone secreted by men to manifest their masculinity). Androstenedione and DHEA give similar effects as steroids for most are made from derivatives of estrogen (hormones secreted by women to manifest their femininity) though they are mostly used by women, for they increase breast size.


Creatin, are naturally found in our liver, though increased amount of Creatin gives energy boost during workouts and competitions. Another is Human Growth Hormone or (Hgh), ,ostly by teens to increase their heights, though athletes use it to increase body mass. Lastly are fatburners or thermogenics, this speeds up the nervous system and metabolism. Use of supplements should always be regulated for they give certain side effects, overdose of this certain drugs may lead to stroke (usually caused by fat burners), heart problems (caused by DHEA and steroids), muscle dystrophy (hormones and synthetic drugs) and even death.

Landing a Good Job

After a long job search for the perfect job for me where I can get good compensation, job security and make me feel contented, I finally found the right job for me. I had my final interview with a web development company where I will be a part of their internet marketing team. I am completely new to this type of job so I would probably be under training in my first month. Having no background in the field didn’t become a problem for me in getting this job.


The company currently employs only a hundred employees but their growth rate over the past years is high. This will mean that I will have a chance in getting a higher position when the company grows. They also give a lot of incentives and privileges to their employees that is hard to resist. What I love the most is that the whole company is like a one big happy family. Everyone knows each other and helps the organization grow.

Finding a Great Job

Looking for a job is not that difficult for me since I have a good school record and my credentials are beyond acceptable. The only problem that I’m experiencing when looking for a job is that I’m having troubles looking for the one that will make me feel happy and contented. This is why I tried to apply for a job through a Recruitment Advertising company which represents different clients that offers hundreds of different jobs.


It is actually a good move for businesses to get the services of such companies because applicants are better matched to the right jobs. The result will be positive because companies will get the right people for their vacancies and the employees will get the jobs which will not only compensate them through money but also make them feel happy, secured and contented. I hope I get the right job for me this time and I am positive that I will.

An Unfortunate Event

This day was started by a series of knocks by Marvin on Jeff’s door. His voice was not too loud but it was loud enough to wake people in the house. Marvin’s hands were shaking and he looks as if he just accidentally killed someone. He began to speak in a shaking voice and he told us that someone broke into our house last night and they got his laptop and 2 of his Cheap Mobile Phones. He left his stuff in the living room and when he woke up; he found out that they were all missing.


We are living in a secured subdivision and we didn’t expect this to happen. It seems that the robber passed through the window to get in the house. This was a big loss for Marvin and I can understand what he feels for what happened. His laptop is worth more that it’s buying price because this is where Marvin gets all his income. Well, I guess it’s true what people say that shit happens… I just hope this kind of shit will not happen to anyone of us.
